Worst place ever. They say they provide urgent care and I don’t even think they know the meaning of the word. I had an appointment for 19:30 and they checked me in. Waited until 9 pm and I had to call to know what was going on. Only to tell me that they didn’t know if my insurance will be taken. The guy only said that the insurance was closed. Never go to this place they will waste your time.
I got misdiagnosed by both physicians the said I had allergies which I’ve never had before while they wanted to charge me again for the test I had to wait until Monday morning to get tested a a public site where I put more people in jeopardy and come to find out I was positive for covid19 yes I found out 1 week later
Thank you all for always providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately I re-aggravated an injury during these quarantine times, yet y’all were still available to provide some excellent healthcare. Thank you for being there for us!
