Not URGENT CARE AT ALL!!!!! Got here at 9:25 pm and” THE PROVIDER “ WASN’T TAKING PATIENTS when they close at 10PM!!!!! BS!!! My daughter IS VERY SICK WITH FEVER!!!
Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
They have the worst billing department, everytime we go they say that my husband and I owe money from March, we paid it off. I was sent a check from billing witch I don't want to deposit because of the bull they keep pulling! they always say it's a balance from 2018, we have been there more then once in 2019. We came in today and the same BS that we owe them money from 2018 same month. I will NEVER return and you are not getting anymore money from me or my husband!!!!
They should have more considerations for college students that work part time jobs and have no money to pay $70 for a consultation, my daughter just went and I wasn't aware the visit went up from $40 to $70 not including any other procedure

I arrived and the front staff were friendly and welcoming. 5 minutes later I was called in for triage and accompanied to an exam room. Mr. Reyna was polite and provided great medication education. I would highly recommend VitalMed to anyone who needs to be seen ASAP!
