Very pleased with our sauna, even with delivery issues ( all fault lies with shipping company not Vital Saunas) . they handled every issue quickly. Special shout out to Tonya J ! she really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Love Love my Sauna .
We have been using our new Vital Health Sauna for a few weeks now and can't believe how much deeper the healing heat penetrate's verses the sauna we had been using for the last eight years from Sunlighten Saunas! We easily put together our sauna from Vital Saunas only one week ago and have used it four times each.Already, my neck, which experienced blown disks 25 years ago and gets stiff, is more flexible. I purchased my 5- person Vital Sauna almost 3 years ago (Feb 2015). It arrived quickly and was everything I expected, it set-up as described and when plugged in and worked perfectly!!
