Very professional staff. I have been using them for at least three or four years and the staff is always nice.
Excellent care and minimal waiting very good service
We had a great time. Dr. Doss made my 7 year old at ease, the staff was great. We didn't have to wait long to be called back to a room.
Love Dr. Mansfield at the Alabaster location. I have been seeing her for years, and always feel like I get the best, most professional, AND personal care! She listens to my concerns and is always ready with suggestions for things we can do for my eye care.
I had Lasik done this past Thursday and I am wishing I'd had it done sooner! Just received a card from the staff thanking me for choosing them to do my surgery. Thank you for my new eyes!
Due to my insurance company's policy, they refused to pay for a procedure performed by Vision First in Trussville. As a result of this, I was billed for an extra co-pay. After contacting Beth at the Trussville office, the matter was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. I appreciate such personal customer concern and recommend these fine professionals. I was going to Vision First when they were in Centerpoint. Been going a long time.
I had a cyst removed from my eye at the Trussville location and had a wonderful experience. The staff and the doctors were amazing and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend VisionFirst Eye Center to anyone!
