I had Lasik done this past Thursday and I am wishing I'd had it done sooner! Just received a card from the staff thanking me for choosing them to do my surgery. Thank you for my new eyes!

Due to my insurance company's policy, they refused to pay for a procedure performed by Vision First in Trussville. As a result of this, I was billed for an extra co-pay. After contacting Beth at the Trussville office, the matter was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. I appreciate such personal customer concern and recommend these fine professionals. I had a cyst removed from my eye at the Trussville location and had a wonderful experience. The staff and the doctors were amazing and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend VisionFirst Eye Center to anyone!
I had iLASIK done in December and the staff with VisionFirst are the absolute best! I cannot thank Dr. Hays and Dr. Mansfield enough! They help you and are very knowledgeable when you ask questions! I am so glad that after not going to an eye doctor for a long time I found VisionFirst! I will always suggest VisionFirst to friends or family looking for eye doctors! Thank yall so much!
I have used Vision First for over ten years now and have loved their service. Good people! I used to work for a printing company where I was around paper fibers everyday and got a bad eye infection without Dr Mcclintock help to realize I should go to glasses more often I could have really damaged my eyes. My whole family goes there now because of there great doctors and service. The optical side has a great selection and service too. You want wait long for your glasses or contacts to arrive either. All around great business.
Dr. Doss is the best! She is so good & patient with my timid 4 year old. We love her & the staff!
