Everyone from the time you walk into VisionFirst until you leave the office have the best attitudes. They care about each patient as if that was the only patient they had. We are long-time patients and would not consider going anywhere else. I can highly recommend VisionFirst Eye Center for all your vision needs.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Hebson and the staff at VisionFirst—I know it sounds cliche, but waking up to clear vision every morning has truly been life-changing. We are outdoors constantly and my eyes were always so miserable in contacts. The joy I experienced the day I was able to donate ALL my old glasses was indescribable! Now my husband is ready to get his surgery scheduled!
My daughter, my husband and I have had appts the last couple of weeks. Not a long wait time, everyone is friendly, helpful and very good at explaining different issues. Dr. Cleghern is wonderful.
The doctor was very rude. I felt like I was playing musical rooms going from room to room. Will not be going back.
The staff here are so nice, helpful and kind. Dr Bearman just removed my cataract yesterday. I was very nervous regarding the surgery, however Dr. Bearman put me at ease quickly. He did an amazing job. I felt very comfortable with him as my surgeon. My visit today with Dr. Cleghern was great. She was so kind and answered my question completely. It is so difficult to find great doctors and great staff in one place. Vision first Pell City has it all. Thank you for such excellent care!
