My husband and I have used this business since we moved here 4 years ago to buy glasses and had been pleased. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. BUT today had an appointment but no eye insurance. I do have health insurance. I explained I need new glasses and wanted an optometrist who specializes in this do the prescription. RecommendedDr. McClintock performed the best and most thorough eye exam I've ever had. My technician Britney was so helpful in helping me understand my insurance and which contacts were best for me. I've worn contacts for a long time and the new ones they recommended for me are the clearest and most comfortable of all the ones I've ever worn.
We had to change from Dr. Bedsole because of a change in insurance. That made me sad, so I was not looking forward to going to Vision First. However, the place was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, prices were very affordable, and I felt much better after my experience.
