Verified Renter Living here is near everything that I need. Drivable, walkable and bike accessible. I feel safe here. Maintenance does take awhile but its understandable, I'm not the only tenant here. If you give the leasing office something make sure to have them make a copy, sometimes paperwork gets misplaced. They are nice and easy to talk to. Water does get shutoff sometimes. But make sure they have your phone number they will email or text you for any emergencies. Verified Renter I think I have lived here for 13 or 14 years, I love it. I never had any complaints; the maintenance and office staff are always extremely helpful and great.
Verified Renter Cockroach issues. Most amount of fees I've ever incurred at apartment. Close to downtown. Apartments are large for 2 bedroom and it is nice that they both have bathrooms.

Verified Renter Love the convenience and close proximity to shopping, medical and freeway access. Management does what they can to try and maintain the property.
Verified Renter I really enjoy the pools and hot tubs. Very clean and quiet. Gym is fully equipped with all that is need for a good workout. Office staff are so nice and willing to help with everything.
