The staff was very friendly and thorough in the application process and they did a great job on following up throughout the process. Verified Renter Price is good for area but the complex is too large for the leasing office/maintenance to keep up. Also your non-renovated rooms are way below par for the price and area. Had to upgrade after my first lease but I wish Id have gone elsewhere because the maintenance is a problem regardless
