Verified Renter When I needed an apartment in a hurry, the staff made it happen fast and easy to get into the place I needed. The apartment is beautiful and I found zero problems with appliances and the whole place was super clean.

Verified Renter I’ve had a great experience so far. The management team is always very professional and curious. I haven’t lived in an apartment complex in many years but definitely don’t regret moving here.
Verified Renter love this community and the leasing and maintenance staff are always so helpful and professional. The property is always maintain to a high standard and any issues get resolved quickly.
Do not stay here. You will regret it Don't let the cheap price and great location fool you. Management really does not care about their tenants and really let this place run down. Especially if you get a unit that is not renovated, things will break and they will not come and fix your service request. There is a reason why the price is so cheap. You will regret staying here.

Do not live here Nothing ever gets fixes. You put in a maintenance order that follows their rules and regulations on the lease and the next day they put it as resolved when they never showed up to fix the issue. Tell you the base rent then charge you over three hundreds worth of hiddens fees.

The worst place to stay in Scottsdale I have had issues ranging from water damage, mold, creepy neighbors, money hungry office trying to fine, and the “inflation” these apartments contribute to is ridiculous. Do not stay here by any means.
