Verified Renter The complex is beautiful and I enjoy that it’s gated, however, appliances amongst other things were broken and needed fixing when we first moved in, and now that we have lived here for a couple months our appliances keep needing to be fixed and maintenance usually doesn’t come around for a week at a time. The leasing office also does not answer their phone. I wish things were different but as of right now we will be looking for something else after this lease is up.

Verified Renter My move on experience has been great. Grace was amazing on getting me approved and moving as soon as I could.. I would recommend this community to anyone. It’s a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Scottsdale.

Verified Renter I have been loving Visconti! In a super safe area with lots to do near by. So far, I have had no issues with my unit or complex. It’s been a quiet and peaceful place to live.

Verified Renter Overall, the Visconti is a really great apartment complex, especially for the price. Other residents are kind and courteous. The only downside is communication with the leasing office can be a bit frustrating.

Verified Renter Love it here! Overall it has been a great experience. 2 dog parks multiple pools and a hottub and gym. Lots of place to walk my pets- and tbh a very safe environment

Great Community Vibes The area is great,the people friendly and helpful. The vibe of the area and the location coupled with the family vibe of the staff in the office is unlike other places I have lived. They check on the tenants and put together events for the tenants to relax and interact on a social level. That's is important for a great community.
