Verified Renter Friendly leasing agents.I particularly like Teaa and Mike. When I go to pay my rent , there's always a friendly face there to help me. It's nice. They cover the electricity in with the rent. I also liked that the modem came with the apartment so I don't have to look for a inter company. Spectrum is the internet and it works out just fine with the model that came with the apartment , everything is good.
Verified Renter One year here. Getting maintenance to come continues to be an issue. They raised my rent nearly 20% after year one. The only reason I stayed is work is too busy for me to move right now.
Verified Renter Good place to live good management and good employees that are always willing to help I would recommend living here to anyone who might be considering
Verified Renter Staff are friendly and decent. Maintenance folks are as fast as they can be, and nice besides. The complex is 60 years old, and it shows in the plumbing, insulation, etc.
Verified Renter Apart from a couple issues with bugs in the apartment that seem to be getting taken care of this place is nice for the money. Pretty thin walls but everyone who lives here has been courteous when it comes to noise and the grounds are well kept. Amenities are well taken care of here.

Verified Renter Easy process, smooth systems, and even better people. Super great stuff. So far I'm in the beginning stages but I like what I've seen so far.

Verified Renter The move-in process was quite smooth! All questions answered easily by going to the leasing office. My unit, even the least renovated style, is super cute and highly accommodating.
Business response:
Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
Verified Renter This is a great community! The location is perfect, close to old town. The 2 bed 2 bath is spacious and the complex is fairly quiet as far as apartments go. The maintenance team isn’t the most responsive and there are frequent water shut offs (often without notice) but overall I’m happy with Visconti. Lived here for 3 years.

Verified Renter I've lived here almost 24 years now and I love Visconti... it was called camellero back then. I never take for granted that I have a roof over my head... they've talked about tearing this place down for 7 years now and I hope that never happens....I love my apartment... there's things that aren't perfect here but it's still my home... EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS SUPER NICE BUT TAYA IS THE BEST!! I HOPE SHE STAYS FOREVER!! SHE ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN AND THAT'S NICE.... 5 STARS!!!!!!
