Verified Renter It could be easier to contact the leasing office. I have found myself leaving voicemails and emails that are only returned by the leasing agent who processed my application. It is also hard to get a maintenance response within 48 hours. People drive too fast within the community limits. A handful of pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. There’s new piles of dog poop all over everyday. I really love my apartment layout and location. My apartment is the reason why the review isn’t worse.

Verified Renter Very convenient area to live in and maintenance is very helpful getting problems taken care of quickly. Would like more pet waste stations around the complex. Maybe that would help other residents to pick up after their dogs

Verified Renter The rent prices are very reasonable considering the location and the amenities seem to be well kept. The gym is small but there’s multiple pools and a hot tub.
