Verified Renter Visconti overall is lovely. Complex staff and neighbors are very nice. Maintenance is very slow and the common spaces are not always well maintained.

Verified Renter Apartment is at a great location. Near Fashion Square Mall and Old Town Scottsdale. Near a lot of eateries and grocery stores. Offer a lot of great amenities such as gym, doggie park, pools, etc.

Verified Renter Thus no complaints, the people aka staff have always been happy friendly and helpful,even with them being over loaded. The customer service and value for tents is top level. They work hard to have a great relationship with the community here. Solid and simple living.
Verified Renter Staff are helpful and friendly. Wished they had more maintenance staff available to address any issues we have regarding maintenance. Due to shortage and depending on urgency, you can wait over 2 months before anything gets addressed
Verified Renter So far so good ?? The office people are very friendly and helpful, the area is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly too the cleaning people do a great job and maintenance people take care the emergency call right away.
