Verified Renter A great place to live in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, affordable rent and a straight forward management team. Any of my friends that are moving I tell them to check this place out.
Verified Renter Visconti has good floor plans. The maintenance team is very average. They dont try to help out that much and we Have contacted them several times for issues about our neighbors making too much noise but they dont do anything about it.

We prefer to speak with the manager Krista, but she too have limited to no power in letting us out of our lease term especially with COVID-19 affected our income. We feel like were trapped to stay here and have to decide whether to pay our rent or fees ourselves for the month because Visconti team and Greystar team are selfish and not wanting to work with us to break our lease with no penalty during these trying times.
