Verified Renter The grounds and landscaping at The Glen are absolutely gorgeous. We have enjoyed our 1bd 1ba apartment so far despite a couple glitches with the move in experience. When we first arrived at our apartment, there was a prevalent smoke smell in the living room and kitchen. We were able to get rid of most of it but it is still noticeable in the kitchen. For the price, you can't beat the location!
Verified Renter Theres garbage, dog poop and empty liquor bottles EVERYWHERE in this neighborhood. Loud, unruly and inconsiderate neighbors. Front office doesnt communicate or ever answer the phone. The apartment itself is a dump and not nearly worth the rent amount.

Verified Renter The Glen at Old Town is great place to live. Management maintains open lines of communication at all times and is more than willing to answer your questions. The staff is extremely approachable and friendly. The location is unbeatable. Having access to running trails, parks, shopping centers, and Old Town makes living anywhere else seem like a downgrade.
COCKROACH INFESTATION COCKROACH INFESTATION. I have lived in Visconti at Camelback for close to two years, at the end of my second year I was forced to break the lease and move out due to their unacceptable living environment. For more than six months I have requested multiple times for pest control services due to their ongoing cockroach problems. It remained an issue despite of repeated treatments. While we could not find any signs of pests, we always encourage residents to keep the office team informed! Unfortunately living i n the desert, we do encounter pests and we are happy to schedule regular visits for our residents to remain proactive.
