Great apartment complex! This is a lovely apartment complex with many great amenities. It is well located near shopping and parks. The office staff is attentive and polite.
Overall, I think the pros outweigh the cons I moved here in December from another state with the two weeks notice type deal, so I had no time to preview a place before I bought it. The Visconti (not the Glen aka the nicer side) was what I found for the cheapest price for a studio that was in walking distance to Old Town. Noisy! I have had mixed experiences here. Maintenance is great, location is great. The new owners have made the complex look really nice. They also put in a nice new rec room but it is closed after business hours….so if you have a job during normal working hours, you won't be using it. Parking is absolutely awful. My spot is not even on the same street as my apartment….very aggravating to put up with every day. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE They continually raise the rent, there is no cell phone service and when you move out they will keep your deposit no matter the condition you leave the apartment in. The staff is rude and impossible to get a hold of. They even charged me for re painting the apartment even though the walls were fine. Plus it has been taken over by new ownership and they are replacing all the carpeting, painting, appliances etc. So they charged for stuff they were replacing. Not a good place to call home!
