Stay away! Very poor customer service, fee's sent to you that you've never heard of OR warned about, A/C went out on multiple occasions during the SUMMER. Since literally DAY 1 I had issues with this property. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone. There was constant surprises in charges being made with very confusing explanations, etc. My move out experience was a nightmare, had to battle with the front office for a mistake they admitted to me they made and they still wouldn't fix the issue or help at all. Worse Management I've ever delt with The apartments are fine, but the management company is without a doubt the most incompetent, unorganized, and nonprofessional group of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with The staff’s incompetence, with the fact that for the last 3 months they’ve required a hand written check to pay for rent. Visconti at Camelback I love the plant life that surrounds the apartment and the buildings are nice. The staff is pleasant and the area is easily accessible. The only problems are that the gym tends to lack air conditioning which is a serious annoyance in phoenix and the apartment walls act as a kind of anti-signal barrier making phone calls or phone access while inside the apartment next to impossible.
Not So Old Town Scottsdale Simply put, this is the best place I've lived in so far in my last several years living on my own. Visconti is awesome for so many reasons, but I'll only name a few. First off is location, it's right in the mix of the hustle and bustle that is Old Town is but just out of the mix where you still get some piece and quiet. A amazing place to live! I love the design on the complex, the rent is affordable, and it's right by the community college so it's easy to commute. Another great thing Is it's right by old town Scottsdale, chaparral park, and the Scottsdale Fasionsquare mall so you go shopping and have a great time with friends and family. I highly recommended for anyone who wants to be at a great place to live and be right close to school.
visconti Visconti at Camelback is an amazing complex. The maintenance team is friendly and keeps things in order. The front office is always a pleasant place to visit when needing to make payment or ask a question. Even our neighbors are friendly and do their part to keep the property looking g nice. Living here has been enjoyable.
Love/Hate Oh Visconti! To start, I have lived in this apartment for about 2 years now. Throughout this time, I've definitely experiences a mix of goods/bads. Goods: -Cheap -Convenient Bads: -Slow maintence -Outdated -Staff is hit or miss Overall, I would recommend. But don't expect to have a 5 star experience!
Maintenance is horrible My frustration with staff not following up and my requests not being completed, has lead me to write my 1st ever review. The managment team 100% lacks responabilities. While they say they will get back to you, they never do. After making my requests it's been two weeks without a single follow up. Even after leaving several massages, no calls returned. Finally after reaching someone they assured me it would get done, but still I wait....
Great apartment complex! This is a lovely apartment complex with many great amenities. It is well located near shopping and parks. The office staff is attentive and polite.
