Verified Renter The staff in the office are incompetent and rude especially Tim and Jay. We prefer to speak with the manager Krista, but she too have limited to no power in letting us out of our lease term especially with COVID-19 affected our income. We feel like were trapped to stay here and have to decide whether to pay our rent or fees ourselves for the month because Visconti team and Greystar team are selfish and not wanting to work with us to break our lease with no penalty during these trying times.
