This is the BEST hospital I have ever been in. The Nurses and physicians that I dealt with we so awesome I still can't believe it. I would and am recommending this hospital to everyone I know. I truly wish that I could tell each and everyone of the people that helped me there "Thank You".

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Virginia Mason Hospital! I want to thank Dr Kobashi and the Virginia Mason crew for taking such good care of me while I was there and for all the after care phone calls I received to check up on me! I love all my doctors at Virginia Mason. They treat me like a person and not a number. They respond to my VM messages very quickly and it makes me feel secure and valued in my medical needs. All the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I go there often and they all remember my name.
Everything will be fine. I just can't stand incompetent people. For instance i was told to check in no later than 11:00 this morning. I did and was then told I have to wait until at least 1:30 because insurance didn't talk to my doctor. Lie, my doctor at Virginia mason "couldn't" talk yesterday so then I go to patient relations to complain and she said they tried calling me several times this morning but I supposedly hung up on them when they asked for my cell number. June 2015 I had surgery to place a port into my stomach for diplysis. Best care and customer service. In at 0900 and we caught the 1:35 ferry to Bainbridge Island. Thank you for taking good care of me VM----!!!! You all rock in my book!!! Update 1 Oct 2015, second surgery for hernia repair and Hickman port in my chest. Dr.Raker did a hangup job. Thank you for caring an taking care of me again.
