RecommendedAlmost everything is great. Billing department and how they treat patients who can't pay bills in full after 3 months is ridiculous. Change your policies. Offer in house payment programs. Put people in tue department who ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

Had cancer procedure recently. Doctors and staff were all ready for me. They have their game on and I can let them go to work. After care was very attentive and courteous every step of the way.

Virginia Mason sets the bar for Patient Service in terms of every step when you visit. From the check in staff, to the doctor everyone is so kind and compassionate. Every hospital should follow VM's example!
