The lab at VM is the worst. The staff is incompetent, rude, and they just don't care. I may be jaded after getting top notch care at SCCA, but this is ridiculous. They do not check facts or make sure that paperwork has the proper information. I waited over an hour to pick up testing supplies. Then to top it off, they tried to get me to a blood draw that must be done at a certain time and with certain drugs without protocol and at the wrong time.
