Best lounge I’ve been in for years. Choice of champagnes (not prosecco) at no extra charge unlike some lounges I’ve been in. Plenty of really helpful staff. Full waiting service for a proper meal chosen from a menu (we had venison burgers which were excellent). Spacious. Plenty of seating & charging points. Flights are called so no need to keep checking screens. Excellent start to the holiday!
Agent at the lounge of the Clubhouse lied and said I couldn't come in with my platinum delta status and had to go to the No 1 Lounge. When I arrived at the No 1 Lounge they told me I should be at at the clubhouse and must have told me that because theyre busy. Would have appreciated honesty from the jump as when you look up access to the lounges it is confusing.
This is such a great lounge. It's very spacious with plenty of various types of seating. The food and drinks selections are simply outstanding and you can order everything from your seat. The staff is super friendly and accomodating.
