From the time we walked onto the lot we were made to feel comfortable and in charge of our whole experience. Will made recommendations based on what we told him we needed and allowed us to test drive any vehicle we were interested in. He gave us his honest opinion when asked and did not pressure us in the least. The financing was seamless and pleasant as well. I would recommend VIP Kats to anyone. A true VIP experience

Absolutely amazing - I went to look at a Mercedes ML500. I wasn’t sure so the owner Andrew let me take the car home for 24hrs so I could drive it, get it inspected or do whatever made me comfortable/confident. Unfortunately I ended up not buying it because of my own financial stress but even at that Wayne the sales guy was still friendly. The best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership
