They didn’t know how to honour the customers not only that while visited their showroom they make miss behaved with customers. Patrick from their web dept. reached out to me more than once and was terrific. When we arrived at VIP cars, both Dee and Ryan were both wonderful to deal with there, very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.
While looking at the car I noticed the spare tire and tools were missing. Dee told me that removed it to keep it from being stolen and it would be put back after I purchased the car. A spare tire and tools was put in the car after purchase but after I got home and checked it would not fit the car at all. Dee and Patrick in service both told me that they would ship the correct parts to me . After calling several times I was told they had the parts since August 2.
