Absolutely amazing - I went to look at a Mercedes ML500. I wasn’t sure so the owner Andrew let me take the car home for 24hrs so I could drive it, get it inspected or do whatever made me comfortable/confident. Unfortunately I ended up not buying it because of my own financial stress but even at that Wayne the sales guy was still friendly. The best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership

I specifically asked about the vehicle history and most importantly if the car had been in an accident, seller said no. I drove one hour only to find out that the Pilot I was interested in was fully painted. Not only the paint was still smelling strong, but the paint job and the body work was terrible. It was obvious that this vehicle has been in a major accident and somehow did not make it to the Carfax report.
