I was looking at a 2012 toyota matrix. VipKars website showed the carfax reported no accidents. I was even told that when I called vip kars inquiring about the vehicle. Later when looking on Edmunds.com at vehicles, I found the same vehicle that had the autocheck report rather than the carfax report. The autocheck report showed FRAME damage! VIP Kars is really great. Will and Aaron help me pick the perfect car for me.
I recommend Dan he’s a great salesmen very detailed, helpful, and patient.
This location has very poor customer service and the sales person was not there. The other sales person was lazy and wasn't even trying to help me either. The car was not cleaned and I didn't stay to drive it because I will not waste my money or time at a business that is not worth of it.
Everyone was helpful beyond expectations,Dan Carter did not leave out anything I needed to know, if I hear anyone looking for a used car you can bet I will recommend VIPKARS and Dan Carter to them 100%
We drove an hour and a half to see the car. Online and on the sticker on the car said it had cruise control. It did not. Wasted my time.
