My husband booked for one night only and what a find! We received a warm welcome upon arrival, service was exemplary and the rooms very luxurious. Tucked away in a quiet side street yet within walking distance of the city sights. The roof top bar was the “cherry on the cake”! We shall be back and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.
Ein wirklich tolles, kleines Hotel inmitten von London. U-Bahn Station Mansion house keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer top sauber und das Frühstück sehr reichlich. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas klein, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Besuch des roof top Restaurants mit einer sehr ansprechenden Weinkarte und leckeren Speisen.
I'll start with the positive. Staff upon entrance are very welcoming, with a smile on their face, which extended to those serving in the restaurant itself. All members were very polite, friendly ; the lady serving us was very sweet. This is a nice reflection of the hotel itself. Now for the Magic Afternoon Tea experience itself ... Didn't enjoy it I'm afraid .. it was SO dark with candles which following the first 5 minutes novelty of it being "cool" tied in with the use of glow in the dark menu and mini torches, it just bec... read more
