Took my daughter belcher bracelet for a ring adding to make smaller, excellent service from start to finish. On collect they even added a free clean which made the bracelet look brand new again. Definitely would use this jewellers again. Thank you
Avoid - rude people Simply called and asked how much it would be to take links out a watch. He spoke over me and said i have to bring it to him. As I was trying to ask a further question. He started speaking over me and said just bring it down and hung up. I won’t be giving you my business disgusting rude people with no respect for customers

Very dissapointed i had a credit note of over 100pd and because i didnt go try a ring on they refuse me the credit note now so people becareful
