I worked at vinci facilities denton from july 2014 to Dec 2023. At first I enjoyed working for the company but from 2022 onwards the workplace became toxic and felt I needed to take early retirement
Amazing place to work and deal with.
Avoid working for this company, nothing good about them. Sack you when they feel like it using a van that is loaded with cameras and trackers not for your safety but as a weapon to use when they want you gone. Zero respect for the actual workers out doing the real work
