Buying a car is so stressful, but the customer service I received at Villa Ford was amazing and made buying a car actually enjoyable. I absolutely loved my experience here and will be a forever customer!

We purchased an auto from Villa a few years ago. Decided to return as the customer service was fantastic. This time only the first impression was good, our sales rep assured they would try to help. This was Saturday, Its now Wed and still no response to calls or emails. Definitely disappointed in customer service and not a place i would purchase a car.
I cannot speak to what their sales department is like, but the service department is only interested in getting a buck for the dealership. They refused to even look at my car without a commitment for a $300 diagnostic!! That is outright piracy and completely ridiculous; the service tech wasn't even apologetic about it. I will never, ever, EVER buy a car from them just based on this one experience with my old Explorer.
