Service is horrible. Today they lost a 30 year customer
David Wilson's Villa Ford wouldn't give me an appointment to fix the Takata airbag recall on my truck. The service guy just kept mentioning some kind of points system that I have no interest in. I talked to someone inside and told them if they were smart they would fix my airbag and put me in a new F150 while doing so and I might just buy it. They try to rip you off bad and after we went for a test drive somebody lost the keys to my car and got them ran over and the key fob doesn’t even work. Irresponsible and unprofessional
