I made an appointment for a recall issue. Brought my car in at 9am on a Wednesday. I was told they might have to keep it overnight as they had about six in the queue ahead of me. I mentioned we were leaving on vacation early Friday morning. I hadn't heard back from Villa Ford so i called them at 4pm on Thursday and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet and could I leave it until the next day. I said no, because of vacation so they said come pick it up but bring it back in when we return home. Two wasted days!!

Thanks to Matt Jukam, I was able to get my Grandson's car in for repair and done in one day. Matt always gives us the personal service I appreciate. I own four fords.
When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly upbeat Brian Heusser . I explained that I had been told by Cerritos Ford that I need brakes at a cost of 750.00. I have a 2012 ford Escape. Brian was very knowledgable, He took me to agent Robert Bowen to get me started. Robert Bowen was very professional, courteous and and attentive.
