Paul Jackson in service has been most helpful and accommodating. I have an issue with my new Edge that is difficult to define. Paul has been terrific. Love Villa Ford we've purchased 5 Transit vans in the past year working exclusively with Julian. Customer service is great, super helpful and convenient. If you are looking for personal or commercial I think they are a good choice. Did I forget to mention we travel over 5 hours to purchase from this dealership, they work seamlessly with out of state buyers. With overnight paperwork and quick delivery when we couldn't make it there. Top of the line customer service !
