Dustin was very professional and helpful. My printer wasn't working so I called before coming and he said I could still get the "Works" for $39.99. Great complimentary coffee/hot chocolate and super clean lounge and restrooms. Only issue I had was that I had requested a car wash and when I was told my car was ready, it hadn't been washed and I was asked by the car washing crew if I wanted a wash, I felt like they didn't want to do it. We have bought our cars at Villa Ford since 1974...does that tell you what we think... they are TOPS with us? Especially Jim Saenz who personalizes everything he does. Everyone at Villa Ford goes out of their way to be helpful.
Have bought two vehicles from there. Both Escapes. Still have the old one and it has been pretty good to us for all the wear and tear. The new one has had a few issues but got the premium package so haven't had to pay for any repairs. Will take it in before the warranty runs out and get everything that may need to get fixed. Actually I like my old Escape better. I am not sure I need all the bells and whistles. They just break down and need to be fixed.
