Customer service not there anymore. A big waste of time. Was there twice and the first time they gave me numbers on leasing a F150 without even showing me anything. Went back after looking at GMC and Dodge and finding that I can get into a fully loaded 2015 truck for almost $100 less. Waited an hour while they appraised my trade in and ran my credit before they bring up a 2014 F150 base model that looked like it had been flooded in the bed and the bed had a rusted razor blade and dry hard water stain.
