Their service dept had our car for 11 days and wanted it for 4 more just to diagnose it. Took it to Fairway Ford, diagnosed in one day!
Service charged me excessive labor charges and even labor they didn’t do! Wouldn’t refund anything even after I’ve spent over $3,300 in the past three years!

BUYER BEWARE!! Villa ford will say anything to sell a car!!! They completely lied and misrepresented regarding a recent car purchase. They were Deceptive and dishonest! They would not take the car back after 12 hours and they suggested I sue them . I will. They were also very sexist and disrespectful. �����
The online parts dept. is a joke. You input your VIN # and up pops the part you need, however it's wrong. The parts guy asked directly for the VIN and then sends the wrong diagram. Now no contact from them. I'm starting to believe they are trying to either raise the part price or not honor the price their parts page showed. Bait and Switch?
We found the car we really wanted and had an amazingly great experience thanks to the help of George G. and Robert Rosas!! Really good customer service from everyone at this dealership! We live about 60 miles away but the drive was totally worth it😊
Been buying from Villa Ford for a couple of decades now, I think. Company and personal use - including three Mustangs, the last of which I bought tonight. Sales rep Alex qas courteous and very patient while I struugled to get a credit freeze lifted temporarily. F&I man Joe was not pushy but was nicely interactive. Villa Ford is highly recommended.
