I posted on the internet the truck I was looking for. Next day at 8am Andrew Romano called me to understand what I wanted. within 30 minutes he had the exact F150. He texted me pictures and sticker and we made appointment to come down. Long story short, Andrew was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure. Finance guy was great to work with too. All on New Year's Eve. Few days later Araceli called to make appointment for bed paint. Also super nice lady. So far a great experience at this dealership.

Asked the sales man to call me good news or bad news. Never called me. Only text. You don’t treat people like that. If someone can’t do a deal that’s fine but, how do expect Refferal’s if you treat potential customers with no respect. Sad they much get to much busy not to care.

The attendants are all very curtious and quickly get my oil change done. I was able to use my Ford points to cover my work needed to my SUV with no problem and I didn't have to pay a thing.
poor customer service, salesperson does not return calls nor does their boss they ignore you like the plague

pésimo servicio lleve mi vehículo a un simple cambio de aceite me lo dejaron medio cuarto bajo del nivel no lo lavaron no le hicieron reset al servicio y me dejaron suelto el skiplate :(
