I confirmed an appointment, I show up 10 minutes early. I wait outside for 30 minutes after my appointment time. Light and music of the place was on but door closed. Very disappointed specially when was a birthday gift. Poor customer service.To make a clarification of your review, I never wait in your reception. Both door was locked. Everybody time is value. I have been calling, leaving voicemails since January, at least 4 attempts and I have even gone by the spa. Is this place still doing business? I can’t get anyone to call me back. Again today, left my contact info, was told by a person who finally answered the phone that I would get a call back. No call back. I have spent money for two hydro facials as a gift for Christmas. I found this place in Groupon, and Betsy took care of me. I was able to get the appointment depending on my availability, and she helped me to find the best time without demanding, unlike many other places. It was really relaxing. I am taking my boyfriend and next time we will go together. Betsy is great and definitely focuses on what your skin really needs. Her neck massage was fabulous as well
