What a great buying experience today! From the moment we walked into the door and were greeted by Steve Gray to the very end when he helped us set up our new Cherokee. No nonsense, no pressure, honest pricing. Felt very comfortable while we were there. Highly recommend.
Sales Department is awesome .... Service Dept needs help. 5 attempts to repair leaking jeep have failed. Salesman advised us to contact Chrysler because the Jeep is defective and they (Chrysler) will buy it back. Chrysler Customer Service now tells us this dealership is not "qualified" to repair water issues so we need to make take it to another, larger dealership. Less than 5,000 miles rarely able to use it because of time in for service combined with water, mold ..... NOW they won't consider a buy-back because it is more t... read more
