My husband and I just bought a 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude from Videon and we must say this is the best dealership we have EVER worked with, hands down! Phillip Snyder was our salesman and he was outstanding! He went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. We drove an hour and a half to get here because they had the best deal in the area on our Jeep and it was so worth it! We will definitely go back to Videon for all of our future car needs.
Without a doubt, the friendliest and most professional service department I've ever encountered! While I am very loyal to the local mechanic in my previous hometown, I needed to come in for recall/warranty work. Because my mechanic is not currently close by, I decided to also have Videon do my inspection and oil change/tire rotation as well. Top notch customer service from the very first phone call to paying the bill. I will be back!
