Everyone was very nice... showroom was clean. They even had a place for the kids to play while waiting. We did most of the leg work thru texts and emails. Once there the process took about 30 mins and I was driving away. I would highly recommend... buy with confidence your receiving the best deal possible.
I have a fleet vehicle. I dropped it off it off this morning for an inspection. I let them know it was a fleet vehicle and may require fleet maintenance. I told the service tech the maintenance information was on the seat with the registration and insurance. Videon never called me to say it was ready. So, at 4:45pm I called and Videon. They said it was ready and I had to be here by 5:45 pm to pick it up as they close at 6pm. I got here at 5:40pm to pick up the vehicle.
