We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new car. Dan was great, and everyone seems to help each other there, even if it’s not their sale. Kevin was very helpful as well. The Pacifica we wanted was not available at Videon so they found it for us in another state. It arrived with a very faint scratch in the roof, which we would never had seen if it were not pointed out to us. That was rectified immediately. Financing was a breeze. Also, we really love our new Pacifica!!! Thank you to everyone at Videon!
