I went to have my car serviced in April 2020 during the pandemic. The service team was awesome in taking the necessary precautions. I have had my car for 3 years thsi is the 1st time I had to ever bring it in for servicing which was related to a recall. I thought here we go they are slow due to the Covid 19 situation and probably going to recommend all these PM services. They did not. I found them to be honest and expedient so I will be back in normal times. Would recommend this organization. They do the right thing.
I’ve purchased three new cars from Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and continue to be impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Phil Snyder, who I was thrilled to be working with again after the purchase of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee through him. I can’t speak highly enough of the service department either, who I have been taking my cars to for many years now.
The Videon Family and staff have always gone above and beyond to be sure things are 110% satisfactory in every aspect. Whether (for me) ordering a vehicle or buying off the lot, to the service dept, to just plain listening to you. I LOVE my "19 Wrangler, and I'm still driving my "02 PT Cruiser which just turned 200K miles!! VIDEON ROCKS!! I give them 7 out of 5 stars!

I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase of my 2019 ram 2500. My family has been a Ford family for decades and my friend/salesman Michael took amazing care of me and my business. I can not recommend this dealership higher and plan to tell all of my friends and colleagues how awesome Videon is.
