Love love love this salon!!! The service at Vida is amazing from everyone who works there. The stylists really take the time to listen to what you want, offer helpful suggestions, and make sure you leave feeling happy with your hair. I had my hair colored by Gema and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — the color turned out even better than I expected !She was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. As someone who hates getting their hair cut, it's a big deal for me to leave 5 stars. The service I received today was wonderful. Vanda did a fantastic job on my hair which hadn't been styled for 5 years, but more importantly, my autistic disabled partner was able to wait in the salon for me. This might seem like a small thing to alot of people, but the fact that room was made for his wheelchair and he was able to see my hair being cut was a big deal for us. I had a hair cut by a lady called Vanda. She is very meticulous and a kind lady. She talks and made me laugh, but above all, she is an excellent hair dresser. I recommend whoever goes to Vida in Romford to ask about her!
