After bringing our Accord in for 2 recalls to be repaired I was informed by 2 different employees that no vehicle or shuttle was available. I had specifically asked because I had several errands to run while in Jackson. Once Mr. Richard Pacchioli heard that I was unhappy about having to wait for 2 hours he found me a fabulous mini van to drive while the repairs were made!! That is how you do customer service!!!
