I purchased my 2nd & last CRV from them July 2018. I negotiated for them to pay half ($750) for the addition of a black roof rack as I had previously. The salesman & I viewed multiple images of my desired (black) roof rack & I was assured that it would be ordered. Six months later, I am paying interest on my half of the rack, cannot get anyone to return my call regarding this & I have no roof rack.
