RecommendedNormally the service department is quick and efficient. Not today. I had a scheduled appointment fo 12:00. Just routine 15k oil change. Told them when I came in that the driver side rear tire was losing air, needed to be checked. Finally was told at 1:35 that the tire needed to be replaced. Finally out at 2:28pm. Nearly two and a half hours seems a bit excessive.
