We had the easiest vehicle purchase ever this evening with Pat Wright. The manager was aggressive and condescending. He also ran three credit inquiries for a car that I explicitly hadn't decided on buying yet, affecting my credit score. After the test drive, I wanted to leave and come back to discuss price and financing options. Instead I was in a high pressure conversation with someone who was inflexible and pushy.
