We had a terrific experience at Victory Honda of Jackson! They had actually sent the vehicle we wanted to buy to the auction before we inquired about it but Chase (manager) was able to have the truck sent back to Jackson for us. We did purchase the truck for a great price. They went above and beyond in customer service. Anthony Perry was our salesman and he was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought my 2020 Altima from Pat, he was great to work with and helped me get the payments where I wanted them. The same day I had the radiator crack, Nissan came and got the car and Victory replaced it. About a week after having the car back the transmission starts messing up and I’m on my way to Florida with my family for vacation. We call Jeff in the service dept and he sends a courtesy car all the way from Jackson to where I am in Florida. And arranges for my car to be towed back to TN!! I bought a new 2019 Accord Hybrid last year. The sales consultant, sales manager and finance manager were all pleasant and helpful. That's where it ends. The service department is deplorable. Think twice on a Honda purchase if you plan to have it serviced there. The service advisors are unfriendly, unapologetic and unable to hold any authority to take care of the customer beyond collect their keys and payment. Anything else has to go through a manager.
