I had an issue with another dealership fixing something that was wrong with my Jeep, they kept telling me that it was nothing, and they kept pushing me off. I called Victory's service department to voice my concern and asked them if they were willing to check it out for me. Bobby and the guys in the service department listened to me and test drove my Jeep a number of times to get the problem to occur for them. My experience at Victory was the easiest of any car buying process l’ve ever had. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They strive to make your experience comfortable and easy. Jim Dickinson was very helpful in working out a deal that I felt was very fair. I could not be more satisfied.
I’ve only dealt with the service department. They were very friendly, convenient,and Honest! A totally different experience than Carbone Jeep in Yorkville!!
Well where do I start this was my absolute worst experience ever in buying a vehicle first should know is you better bring your mechanic with you to look over the vehicle closely because I trusted them when I bought my 27000 dollar Jeep 6 months ago I made the biggest mistake I got home took a closer look at it just to realize the Jeep was leaking oil the windshield was cracked the grill was cracked the tires were choppy had mold in the rear on the inside so I then call them to inform them I was coming back they then wanted ... read more
